Any orders of "insignia only" within Girl Scouts of Manitou Council's jurisdiction, will not be charged shipping and handling charges. Enter manitou in the coupon code during checkout to receive free shipping on "insignia only" orders. If you use the free shipping coupon code on orders that it does not apply to, Girl Scouts of Manitou Council will charge your credit card the amount of the appropriate shipping and handling charge.
